I wasn't a direct client of Howard and Over, however there were acting for the base of our property sale chain. Their actions (or lack of) caused massive delays in our transactions. To the point where we only exchanged contracts a day before completion. This was caused entirely by their lack of professionalism, lack of communication with both clients, estate agents and solicitors. They failed to lodge enquiries in time, missed emails and delayed lenders . Moving house is stressful enough, but I would never recommend this firm to anyone unless you want extra stress in the process

Took the advice of a colleague to contact Howard & Over for a house purchase. Great communications throughout and a very quick completion process. I’d recommend Rosie in the future and would certainly come back when doing this again.

I had no clue who to use for the recent conveyancing of my house. I chose Howard and Over because they were local and looked professional. Having just completed, I have to say that I don’t think Rosie Plews, the conveyencing solicitor, or Matilda Hanford-Jones, her paralegal, could have worked harder on my behalf. Their drive and dedication to the task in hand was plain from the outset, and their communication and patience in the face of a few challenges , has been faultless. I would recommend Rosie and Matilda to anyone looking for an efficient and speedy house sale, they are outstanding and I’m a very happy customer

Rosie's excellent fast service really helped finally get my complex sale completed. Others in the chain caused delays and Rosie's attention to detail and relentless chasing and progression really went above and beyond.
