I wasn't a direct client of Howard and Over, however there were acting for the base of our property sale chain. Their actions (or lack of) caused massive delays in our transactions. To the point where we only exchanged contracts a day before completion. This was caused entirely by their lack of professionalism, lack of communication with both clients, estate agents and solicitors. They failed to lodge enquiries in time, missed emails and delayed lenders . Moving house is stressful enough, but I would never recommend this firm to anyone unless you want extra stress in the process

Took the advice of a colleague to contact Howard & Over for a house purchase. Great communications throughout and a very quick completion process. I’d recommend Rosie in the future and would certainly come back when doing this again.
