Shahida Saleem and her team ( raheema and tara) were absolute heroes, I have had a property sale dealt with by ms shahida salim before she was with Howell jones And I came to them for her, she is a very safe pair of hand, very professional and patient and treat you as her most important and only client. She fought so hard for our side this time against a very rude and immature agents of the seller’s side, against a bank that was dragging its feet, trying to delay things. And managed to get the deal done before the estimated date. Without her and her team. We would have lost the property. I want to thank her for her hard work, which turned up to be harder because of how much she had to put up with. I am very thankful for her professionalism, patience but firm attitude. And would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a very high calibre solicitor.

We recently sold a property via Howell Jones' office in Cheam. At all stages the team were friendly, professional and reassuring, informed and up to date with our transaction irrespective of who we were dealing with, and able to give us clear advice on our options when there were choices to make, including steering us gently away from making mistakes. I had used Howell Jones before and was recommended Sophie Kimber when I received a Schedule of Dilapidations at the end of a commercial tenancy. I found Sophie a pleasure to work with, very easy to communicate with and her legal knowledge really helped me understand what the process was in these instances (having never experienced it before). Although it was a rather lengthy process due to the Landlord’s side, a settlement has finally been agreed at an amount I was happy to pay. I have used HJ in other matters, a new lease, a lease break and now a dilapidations claim and I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.
