We contacted HSBS for Notary services. The service was competitively priced and we were guided through the process step-by-step, with great service from Bella, who kindly didn’t charge more even though the work required took additional time. Further, Bella and the team provided good guidance based on their past experience of similar requests. We would highly recommend HSBS and Bella.

Had a long case with these guys, loved dealing with Fareed, made things easy to understand and had patience to listen and answer questions as this was our first time entering in to a commercial lease so we were oblivious to a lot of terminologies and procedures. Unfortunately Kulvinder was shocking, very rude, patronising and sarcastic hated being asked questions; because of him I would never go back to these guys again. Fareed was great to work with though.

The service I received from this practice was professional and the staff were pleasant and polite. However, I will shop around next time due to lack of transparency on charges. I was made aware of notary charges and photography signing upfront (which should be on the the telephone transcript) but not about witness charges which I only found out about on the appointment day so had to go with it as I needed the docs quickly. I paid about 50%, more for the same service as other family members from 3 different practices. I have updated this review on the reply. I believe the practice should be fully upfront about their fees/likely fees based on my full requirements. Putting clients on the spot when they have taken time off work and then telling them of the extras and implying it's their fault for not laying down their full requirements which I did and which could be obtained from their telephone transcript is not professional so I have downgraded by one star. It doesn't deter from the fact this practices fees are substantial higher as 3 other practices who provided the same service did not charge hidden extras for witnesses for that reason I would recommend shopping around

HSBS Law were absolutely fantastic handling all aspects of our conveyancing. They made the process seamless, professional and actually very pleasant. Mr Singh had great knowledge and the thoroughness in his checks gave us great confidence. They kept us informed every step of the way and were very efficient. Could not recommend highly enough! Will definitely use in future for all my legal needs.
