I loved the work that Hugh James did as a company. I had Andrew Hoad helping me and he was nothing short of amazing. The work he produced was clear and concise along with being delivered to me quickly, whenever I had queries he was first to help me understand what was going on. Couldn't be more happy with the service provided.

Greatly helped me with my problems, amazing communication at all times. I had Andrew Hoad helping me to change ownership of my company and he was very helpful, he kept me greatly informed at all times which made it a much better process. very friendly and kind at all times. Would definitely recommend.

I've been trying to contact them about a change to my will, but I'm only ever transferred to voice mail, and nobody returns my calls. If this is the service my next of kin shall receive upon my passing, I'm horrified.

First contacted this firm in May and as of yet (October) still haven't had my initial statement taken. Hounded me to sign the initial documentation even though I had very little information, in total I've had 2 initial induction type phone calls from Stephen and Rachel. Rachel spoke to me 9th July was supposed to email me so I could forward her additional information in preparation for a phone call on 14th July. When I contacted the Paralegal, Ryan, I got quite a shocking attitude from both in an email stating I didn't send my additional docs in so they didnt get in touch. I stated I wasn't given an email address to send these too, they didn't respond. I then sent my things to Ryan which I was uncomfortable with to try get things moving. That was 26th July. I have since reminded Ryan as nothing has happened in months and still nothing is moving. This firm really are nothing worth bothering with and I hope no more serving personnel put their trust in this firm.
