Edit: This reply has zero relevance to the conversation I had with Gillian. This is not my case that you are describing so I find it alarming you have assumed who you think it might be. You have gone into details of a case that’s not even relevant to this review. Again just highlights how unprofessional you are Gillian is very rude. Didn’t let me speak or explain why I needed help just speaks over you. It was honestly exhausting. Think she just wants the easy jobs where it’s just a simple case of signing your name. Even if she said she would take on my case I wouldn’t bother as that first impression is enough to put you off

Avoid ! Gillian Unprofessional rude arrogant attitude . Called for advise on a legal dispute which I needed assistance with to resolve. Gillian the woman over the phone from the offset was rude , and very unprofessional did not give me a chance to explain the situation and she spoke over me every chance she had . She made it impossible to outline the points of my case and I was shut down by her . On multiple times no less than 6 times she called me I quote ' your stupid ' her words not mine .. I find it so unprofessional that a so called solicitor can act in such a way in calling someone who has called for legal assistance to be called that and be put in a position of being humiliated. She absolutely paided no attention to what I was saying just spoke over me even without listening to what my case was about and any key points I needed help with . Ended up putting down the phone when she called me ' I'm stupid ' being called that by a solicitor is not what I call professional once is not even acceptable but called it over 6 times ! Avoid

Imran Riaz is a super solicitor who knows the process very well. Very confident, authoritative, hard working and fought my corner diligently. He was very experience and intelligent and cut the chase. Each meeting he was very well prepared and was very attentive to detail and made sure I understood all aspects of my sensitive case. Most importantly he was very direct to the point and made sense without the long legal words. I recommend his services..

A long and complex case. Imran was brilliant from start to finish. Absolutely tremendous! Professional knowledgable and outstanding ! Imran was amazing throughout my case and kept me fully informed. He was very understanding and thoughtful with my vulnerable self. I recommend his services to everyone! He was to the point and very direct. He explained the whole process in very detail.
