I went to 5-6 solicitors who refused to take my case on the basis it was complex, sensitive and difficult to win. I was advised by my friend to speak with Hutharts Law, specifically Imran Riaz who he spoke of very highly. I did some research and he had good reviews so I made an appointment! Imran told me he likes a challenge and agreed to take the case but explained the process and chances of winning very clearly. It was very daunting but he was very reassuring, confident which made me confident and put me at ease. My overall view of my experience was Imran Riaz and his team were excellent with very good communication. He was caring, thoughtful and focused on the task in hand. He kept me informed all the way. He gave a full view of the merits of my case and to the point advice at the junctions where I needed to make decisions. I found him outstanding in dealing with the issues, finding court risks and clear explanations around possible outcomes. He was very well qualified and delivered focused advice from a “real world” perspective.
