IBW Solicitors are decent enough as home conveyancers, but my experience was not entirely smooth. Their processes are quite slow, and their response times were consistently delayed. This led to avoidable holdups and added inconvenience throughout the transaction. The job eventually gets done, but the lack of prompt communication and efficiency made the overall experience less satisfactory. I hope they improve these areas moving forward.
