I honestly can’t recommend Alex and his team highly enough. From the very first conversation, Alex made me feel completely at ease about my accounts. What I thought was going to be a stressful, overwhelming process turned into something smooth, organised, and surprisingly straightforward. He has that rare ability to explain complex financial matters in a way that actually makes sense, without ever being patronising. Sara was equally fantastic. She was incredibly responsive, detail oriented, and proactive throughout the entire process. Every document request was clear, every deadline was communicated in advance, and any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly. I always felt like my accounts were in safe hands. What truly stood out was their professionalism and efficiency. They prepared and submitted my accounts accurately and ahead of schedule, keeping me informed at every stage. There were no last minute surprises, no confusion just a seamless, well-managed experience. Beyond the technical expertise (which is clearly top-tier), they genuinely care about their clients. I felt supported, valued, and confident that everything was being handled to the highest standard. Alex completes all my personal accounts and company accounts. He also took my properties through the incorporation process. Alex basically hand-held myself, the solicitors and mortgage brokers through quite a complicated incorporation process. He was always there, ready to talk to the solicitors, ensure they completed their paperwork correctly and he explained the whole incorporation process in detail to the solicitors and the mortgage broker. Alex also sent descriptive emails about the incorporation to the mortgage companies. Alex has truly provided an above and beyond service which ensured that the whole incorporation process worked for me. I have recommended him already to my family and friends and am very satisfied with everything he has done to ensure he is always there to help me with any accounting issues and advise for me and my family. This goes beyond just general accounts, it also included inheritance tax planning and setting up my family members on the correct financial journey for their futures.

Intact accounting is by far the best accountancy firm I have used. I have engaged with Alex to perform my companies day to day running and management along with my personal tax work. I cannot underestimate how professional and knowledgable Alex and the team are. At the same time providing valued assurance of knowing they are always at hand to help and assist.
