I recently sold and purchased numerous properties in a complicated and long chain with the support of Patricia Demsey at Iris Law. Her attention to detail, constant communication and information throughout were an absolute pleasure and very welcome. Her cautious but sincerely kind approach kept what was otherwise a very stressful few months a little calmer. We were not a particularly easy case, but despite that Patricia never let it phase her or effect the very high standard of work she has. I was recommended Iris Law a few years back but they were at capacity and couldn't take on my case at the time, and the solicitor I ended up with was shocking, which seems these days to be the rule rather than the exception. This time around, Patricia chased the other solicitors in the chain numerous times a day, I never had to remind her of any single task or aspect, she followed up not only on her commitments, but even on the things she hadn't said would be done got done at a speed I've never seen on conveyancing before.
