Very disappointing experience. I was charged £560 for a 30-minute meeting where I was told they could not represent me, despite having my paperwork for over 8 days beforehand. The lawyer appeared to have no knowledge of my case. I was promised a refund, but over a month later I still haven’t received my money, and my emails are being ignored. Paying £560 just to be told “we can’t act for you” is unacceptable. I would not recommend this firm.

Very bad experience, I was charge £120 just for taken my personal details. None advise neither signposted. I feel a bit in limbo regarding my case !!

Be caution when considering this solicitor. It is advisable to carefully review any agreements you make with them and ensure that the terms remain fixed, as there may be attempts to adjust them for additional charges. Keep in mind that this solicitor appears to focus on the Latino community, possibly as a lucrative market opportunity." for my personal experience i would not recommend them under any circumstances as i find them dishonest and rude you can not target vulnerable communities and try to get advantages of them
