Top class company. Responded quickly to my request for help in my son's fight against a criminal charge. Legal representatives were exceptional and skilfully guided us through the defence process with care, expertise and sound advice. Communication was timely and excellent through to completion of the case. The final result in court was very favourable for my son and the performance the JD Spicer Barrister was exception. I was recently contacted by the police, after some searching and stress I happened across JDSpicer, following a quick call I was put into contact with Edgar and Rebecca, at one of the most challenging time of my life, Edgar made me feel at ease, going above and beyond to take my panicked calls as soon as he was available and talk me through the process and expectations, letting me know when and what could be done at any point, with Rebecca quickly engaging with me at a moments notice to help me through any parts of the process I wasn't understanding. Couldn’t and wouldn’t recommend another firm Edgar and the team have always got me the best outcome when I’ve been skating on the thinnest of ice. I can’t thank Edgar Fernando and Rebecca Forbes enough for their endless hard work during my case, one of the most stressful times of my life. They offer compassion and sympathy and more importantly managed to get me the best result in Court despite me being located in the north east. In the end thanks to their strong mitigation preparation and presentation they managed to get me a sentence 1/3 of the sentencing guidelines, from 4 1/2 years down to 16 month’s suspended. Thank you!
