I needed to legalize my British citizenship certificate so it could be used abroad, the Notary responded to my call very quickly. The next day I could already come around to bring them my certificate. The Notary called me back very quickly once the notarized and legalized certificate was ready for me to pick up as they initially estimated. It was very efficient with them. I was very surprised that out of so many Notaries I spoke to, only this one knew what to do for expats living in UK. With other notaries, it felt like they did not have a clue, or they were very unclear, or not clearly responding to your questions, or very slow in coming back to you.
