No a great experience they where dealing with a situation for us for over a year with zero communication with updates. Issue wasn't resolved we had to tell them to stop.

I used this firm as they had been recommended to me and I was not disappointed. Although the sale of my house went through on the very close run up to Xmas, they managed to get everything sorted for me and the house sale completed a few days before Xmas. Staff were extremely helpful over the phone (in particular Donna Connolly) and kept me up to date regularly. I would recommend this solicitor firm to anyone. Many thanks J W McNinch.

I would highly recommend J.W McNinch, they made what is said to be a stressful and longest time the most smoothest transaction and hassle free with the very prompt purchase of my first house. Also Richard and Donna were so easy to deal with, were very pleasant and great at keeping you informed If I ever need a solicitor in the near future I will certainly not hesitate on giving them a call
