From first engaging the services of Jack Ross in 2006 when we got our own business, we have always felt that we are being helped and advised in a very proficient and knowledgeable manner but by a friend. Umar and his hard working team have always been quick to reply and act to any questions or queries relating to all aspects of running our own business, be that book keeping, staff payroll, personal tax, VAT & pension advise. Unfortunately, I found that Ruth was not particularly helpful during our conversation. She mumbled throughout, which made it difficult to understand her, and seemed disengaged, which left me feeling frustrated and unsupported. However, I’m happy to report that after I was transferred to another colleague, I had a much more positive experience. The second staff member was not only clear and articulate but also much more enthusiastic and helpful, which made a significant difference. Mixed feelings

I have used Jack Ross as my accountants for a number of years. Their service is professional and accurate. They deal with queries promptly and I can always get hold of the person I need to speak to. Their digital product has made a big difference to the efficiency of my business. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
