I have had a bad experience with this solicitors and initially they seemed okay but considering everything i had been through i was probably under the influence of pain killers, I spoke to the Actual solicitor a few times in 6 months and the only other communication was email which considering my own situation it was stressful and not helpful at all. And apparently when I was given the last email from themselves apparently I hadn't given all the information on the medical advice but wouldn't you imagine that should of been in the final email? You know i would of thought that would of been normal practice surely?

My husband and I chose Jackson Lees as our solicitor after a recommendation from a friend. However, the communication from our solicitor Janet Jones was rude, inconsistent and argumentative, blaming my husband and myself for issues that the solicitors should have dealt with in the first place, and losing copies of documents that we dropped off in person. The cost of the solicitors is significantly higher than other firms we were quoted and we expected better service in return, but were incredibly disappointed by the experience and would not recommend using them.
