My husband and I chose Jackson Lees as our solicitor after a recommendation from a friend. However, the communication from our solicitor Janet Jones was rude, inconsistent and argumentative, blaming my husband and myself for issues that the solicitors should have dealt with in the first place, and losing copies of documents that we dropped off in person. The cost of the solicitors is significantly higher than other firms we were quoted and we expected better service in return, but were incredibly disappointed by the experience and would not recommend using them.

A REVIEW OF THE REVIEWS!!! There are a lot of fools on here thinking that they're being clever. They're posting personal information in public. Proves that intelligence and common sense are most definitely two different things. A lot of people reviewing have neither.

avoid at all cost 12 months to complete on a property no communication complaint raised with SRA. office are totally incompetent if you don't do anything else today avoid totally!

I think my A level in law which I failed would make me a more qualified solicitor than SOME of the ‘professionals’ at the above firm. Slow, arrogant, manipulative, ignorant are just some of the many words I could use to describe them. Chased for months and months and MONTHS with little to zero response. Took it upon ourselves to leave and move to a new firm who won the case for 6 figures and within a matter of days received an email asking for a success fee! (Wish you was so quick to respond to emails when we needed you! ) Used bully tactics, condescending language & tone to get money out of us when they did the bare minimum / NOTHING substantial in the time we were using the ‘services’. This review has took me more time to write than the ground work they did. Avoid at all costs is my advice Please don’t respond with a pittyful ‘sorry to hear this’ because your compulsive liars & fraudsters. I hope you take this on board like you have been for 2 years + of similar reviews seems like nothings changed. All the best

Shocking service from this bunch of clowns, never know such rank amateur behaviour from so called solicitors, its been six months since all parties agreed on a price, but this firm seems hell bent on stopping the sale going through, please avoid this firm if buying or selling a house. Well its a month on and fair play to you 👏 You actually managed it, my daughters house she was moving to have pulled out, you really are a bunch of morons 🙄 My daughter is in tears, I wouldn't mind but the house your clients are buying from my daughter is on a brand new estate, well congratulations , incompetent doesn't begin to cover it.
