Throughout both the sale of my house and my divorce settlement, Amaka was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. In my opinion, I definitely would not recommend this law firm. There should be an option for -10 stars. In my experience, communication was poor, the service was disappointing, and the overall process left me feeling frustrated and let down. I expected professionalism and support, but I personally did not feel that standard was met. Based on my experience, I would advise others to consider alternative firms.

I requested a quote for merging titles on our property. I knew that it was a simple case and I communicated this before asking for a fixed price. Emma's (Jackson Longe Solicitors) estimate was nearly £2000 (including £1,455 in "Professional Fees"). I decided to proceed myself. It costs me £40 to proceed with the Merger. This firm is either incompetent or nonsensical.

Jackson Longe Solicitors were brilliant in getting my re-mortgage and help-to-buy buy out finished. From helping what and when documents to submit to the Gov's Help to buy team to following up and get the process to finish, not sure I'd have been able to sort it all out without their help. Professional, knowledgeable and patience with me and my seemingly endless questions. They kept me informed all the way through. Highly recommend them.

Amaka Jackson and her team helped us deal with a removal of a Deputy on a existing Court of Protection Order. This was done professionally and with much care. They constantly kept us updated on the progress and took the stress away from us in dealing with the courts, as when we first applied for a court order it took us 2 years with much stress, I most certainly would use Amaka and her team again.
