Had an appointment today to fill out an ID1 form. I wasn’t aware I had to bring a passport photo with me, but Jannina (I think that was her name) went above and beyond and took a passport-style photo for me and then looked over all of my forms to ensure I’d filled it all out correctly. 5/5, will definitely use Jaycon Legal again if I ever need to!

My husband and I needed some ID documents authenticating really quickly. Not a big job, but one we managed to get in a muddle about nonetheless. Both Jannina and the receptionist (who we will have made leave late to leave) were kind, patient and efficient. Definitely returning here if we need anything more expansive doing.
