Jenny Harvey provided outstanding support to me as I sought to obtain a UK residence visa for my elderly American father, who came to live with me (a non-citizen with indefinite leave to remain) and my British husband in the UK. She was efficient, well-informed, and a good communicator. She guided and facilitated every step of the process, and despite having warned us that the request was unlikely to succeed, the submissions she made were successful and my father was granted a visa to remain in the UK. I have lived off and on in the UK for the last twenty years. I have had student visas, work visas, and all kinds. I was overwhelmed by what Home Office would need to see for my British Citizenship application. Jenny was patient, easy to work with, and confident in what Home Office needed and what they didn’t need to see. I would highly recommend Jenny’s services especially if you’re like me, looking at decades of paperwork and unsure what’s the best to send in.
