I happened to see an Ad from these guys online regarding being overcharged in a previous case. I already knew that I had been. Whilst it took quite some time to be resolved and the amount received was substantially less than the sum initially expected (through no fault of JG but instead the overloaded ombudsman and their final decision) I was always kept updated by Georgia and am grateful and happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend JG to others in the future. Thank you and also to James and Jack for your help

Had a great and smooth experience with JG solicitors and I couldn't recommend them enough. Throughout the entire process from filling in the form and winning the case James and Georgia both were absolutely amazing, kept me updated at all times and been always there to advise. My case was quite complicated due to my previous solicitor refusing to comply at the beginning, which has been quite stressful to me, and challenging for JG, yet they have always stood by me and reassured me at all times. Considering it has been quite "a ride", JG still managed to escalate the case quickly enough and I was amazed it only took us 2.5 months roughly from the very start till the refund has hit my bank account. All that aside - I must mention that both - Georgia and James have exceptional people skills and are always going an extra mile for their client. Thank you for representing and supporting me throughout, I couldn't have found a better company for my case! Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just want to say a massive thank you to James and his team for recovering money from my previous solicitor when I wasn’t aware that I had been overcharged. James has kept me informed through the process and explained my options very clearly throughout the process. To see money arrive in my bank account from JG solicitors after all their hard work was a very nice sight.
