We worked with Jenna and Sally at JMW for the sale of our shared ownership property. We had previously experienced a sale falling through with a different solicitor and were very nervous throughout. Jenny and Sally were extremely kind, reassuring and highly professional. They worked extremely hard to get this across the line and had great expertise in both the BSA and Shared Ownership. Great experience from start to finish. I couldn't recommend JMW enough. They helped navigate a particularly protracted purchase with several challenges in getting accurate paperwork from the freeholder. Billie, Sophie and Ayoola were phenomenal, incredibly responsive and unbelievably quick to action anything pending (I'm still astonished at how quickly they reply to emails!), while also explaining everything and holding my hand throughout. They're the most painless part of the house purchasing process!
