I could not recommend Rhia Sharma more if I tried. We put an offer on a flat in mid - late December with the hope of completing before the changes in stamp duty. As first time buyers, we didn’t really know what we were doing and when we asked our friends and family for solicitor recs they just gave us horror stories. Rhia was the opposite of this. She walked us through everything step by step, was incredibly responsive throughout and took away pretty much all the stress associated with buying a house. We completed before the stamp duty and if we are looking to move in the future, I would definitely look to use Rhia again.

Sophie Maryan managed both our house and onward purchase and was hugely helpful. She was always prompt to reply and went out of her way to make herself available and did all that she could to make what was a challenging transaction as stress free as possible. She was personable and pragmatic when issue came up and worked well the other parties involved. We would definitely use Sophie again (thank you!).

We had a highly unpleasant experience with JMW regarding a critical, time-sensitive deal. Acting on behalf of our lenders, JMW caused significant delays that jeopardized the deal multiple times. Despite multiple solicitors being involved—who were all prompt and efficient due to the urgency of the matter—JMW's responses were consistently slow and lacked coordination. They repeatedly came back every two weeks with new requirements, even after assuring us that everything was in order. This demonstrated a clear lack of due diligence and professionalism. It felt as though they had little concern for the potential collapse of the deal due to their inefficiency. Though we managed to successfully complete the deal on the last day, overall experience has been quite disappointing. We will not work with any lenders who would engage JMW on any deals moving forward.

Tufayel was brilliant from start to finish on quite a painful sale of my flat due to other parties holding things up but he handled everything with grace and patience and kept me informed throughout. He evidently worked very hard to ensure the sale progressed and was very professional and amicable in all his dealings. He would also take the time to explain legal jargon to me when needed and gave me very helpful advice during the process. I would highly recommend him on any transactions, particularly those involving HPPs.

We were exceptionally well looked after by Sophie Maryan and her team. Sophie made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free. She kept us informed at every step of the way and gave plenty of notice for any action we needed to take. We also found the fees very competitive for the service provided. Highly recommended.
