Incredibly poor communication! Phoned 27th Dec office on skeleton staff so asked me to send an email, no reply. Phoned again 4th Jan when office fully opened but everyone busy, took my details but no contact, phoned again later that day but still nobody to take my call, receptionist asked what time I preferred a call back of which I provided the next day, but of course no call. Phoned again 5th Jan receptionist, too busy for my call and left my details again but nobody called...
