Brilliant service! Victoria Smith guided us through the sale and purchase of our properties. We found her to be very professional, helpful and communicative. Any queries we had were answered promptly and we received regular updates as to how things were progressing. We had dealings with others from the firm at various times, namely Lisa and Jade who were both very helpful. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this firm.

I chose John Donkin Solicitors (Gateshead) for a remortgage, after reading good reviews. From my initial enquiry to the point of completion I was so impressed with the service I received. Hannah and her team always kept me up to date on progress and responded to any enquiries I made quickly. I always felt listened to and responses were reassuring and clear. Everyone was totally professional while also being friendly and caring. Most of my contact was with Hannah and Suzanne who were amazing. They are the most professional and thorough solicitors we have ever dealt with. Ours has been an extremely lengthy sale, with problems arising from the actual purchase many years ago. More than three solicitor companies were involved in solving the issues. John's leadership and Victoria's persistence finally paid off, and we completed last week. I couldn't thank Victoria enough, often emailing me in the evening to keep me updated, I'm sure after she had finished work. Top class and definitely worth recommending

My partner and I have just completed on our new house. We were first-time buyers and unsure what to expect. The reviews led me to John Donkin's services and when I called up to see if they were able to take on our purchase they were very responsive and informed us of the usual timeline. We received communication from Lisa, Suzanne and most of all Victoria who handled our purchase. Victoria was great, having read and heard some horror stories from FTB's about their experiences (not from John Donkins) I could not recommend Victoria and the team enough. When it came to the week of completion, the sellers solicitors had only given Victoria a short amount of notice that we would be able to complete on Friday. Victoria was clear and prompt in actioning everything that was needed. Including working late to help us get this over the line. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to go with Victoria and the team at John Donkin for their conveyancing needs!
