All I can say is WOW, thank you so much Jacqueline. Me and my partner are first time buyers, but have never had to worry about the stress of buying a house, wondering what the next steps are or how the process will work. Jacqueline has been amazing at keeping us updated, informing us about the next steps throughout and what we need to do. You hear of people having to constantly chase their solicitors, but this wasn’t the case at all. And we have just completed in 3 months!! We used John M Lewis & Co Solicitors and found them to be very efficient and thorough in explaining the entire process. Although our original caseworker unfortunately left midway, Sanni stepped in seamlessly and ensured everything stayed on schedule — even managing to complete everything before the stamp duty deadline. Despite being under extra pressure with a heavier workload, Sanni always responded promptly to my calls and emails. We explained that we were pushed for time, and he did his absolute best to accommodate us within our required timeframe. He was helpful, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Unable to get hold of solicitor for days now. Purposely ignores calls & emails, and is now delaying our completion date. Worse solicitors we have ever dealt with. Larissa Holmes - you give JML a very bad name. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Jo and her team (Karen, Angela etc) delivered a professional but also personal experience, dealing with my sale and purchase. Jo and her team worked overtime to put everything in place for us to move before Christmas and worked with a difficult chain to ensure we could get the move completed. I would 100% go with John M Lewis again, I went with them from a recommendation and will also be recommending to friends and family. Thanks to the John M Lewis team!
