Terrible, three times I rang and each time I was told we will ring you back! Fourth time I said “I’ll try one more time”, and guess what the reply was!! Needless to say I told them not to bother, I’ll go elsewhere!!

Thanks to Rachel Shone who worked on our case to evict a nuisance tenant. Wasn’t a straight forward case, but it was well managed by Rachel and we now have possession of our property again.
