What a wonderful organisation. The team here are so supportive. Completing the Assistance Allowance form is a marathon for even the most competent person but doesn’t fit most people’s needs. The team were fantastic in enabling me to articulate my needs which don’t fit the form, their patience in enabling me to articulate this was amazing. I contacted Jonathan Owen on the advise of my sister who successfully claimed Attendance Allowance with their help. The process was seamless and took about 40 minutes from start to finish. They kept in touch with me throughout the waiting period and after 8 weeks I recieved my first payment which was backdated. I honestly believe that without their help I would of been turned down. With the very helpful and welcome assistance from Jonathan Owen Wills and Estate planning I have Just received a positive outcome from the DWP in response to my application for attendance allowance benefit claim. I initially attempted the application completion myself but it soon became too daunting to complete correctly. I nearly gave up but I did something I have never done and believe they actually existed I contacted Jonathan Owen. They talked me through the form, and completed it on my behalf, professionally and compassionately and filled in the form best thing I have done. Jonathan Owen provided outstanding support with my application for Attendance Allowance for my wife. I responded to their advert on Facebook and from that moment on they did all the necessary work for our application to be successful. They consulted with me on the telephone to complete the application form which meant I only had to sign and post to DWP. They continued to stay in touch with me throughout and I had a letter within 4 weeks to say our application had been approved. Money well spent I feel.
