I was very happy to receive a telephone chat discussing my issues with the result of getting my Attendance Allowance! The person I was talking to was very patient, understanding and even brought to light issues I might not have mentioned as it has become part of my daily living with difficulties that I had taken for granted. So a great thanks to the help I received and the kind and dignified way in which I was treated. The letter with good news came fairly promptly! All my thank' to Johnathan Owen, Many disabled people entitled to certain benefits do not claim because of the form filling difficulty and plod on with life, when in effect they really do qualify for benefits. However with the expert help of companies like Johnathan Owen they, who can take all the stress out of claiming for your due rights. With their help I could have successfully claimed over a year ago! Wonderful company to deal with. They completed the application form for me over the phone, sent this off for me, and within four weeks I had been approved for the higher allowance. This meant so much to me because during the wait for the decision to be made, I had been further diagnosed with a stroke, and my cancer had returned. Thank you so much for lessening our burden at this difficult period.

The whole process was helpful and smooth and I don't think I would have been able to complete the forms successfully on my own as they completely overwhelmed me. I had my first payment just over one week after submitting the claim, fantastic! Thank you 🙂
