Free Wills month I'd heard about free wills month from a friend and thought it sounded like a bit of a con. So I thought I'd investigate further. I found Jones and Duffin were offering this service, so I booked an appointment to see them. I saw one of the solicitors (Mehreen) who immediately put me at ease and explained the service. It turned out to be not a con but a genuine service that solicitors offer. The only thing that they ask for is for you to consider leaving something in your will to a charity. Mehreen discussed the will with me, taking notes of my requirements and making some suggestions that covered things that I genuinely hadn't thought of. The will was drafted up and emailed over for review and comments. A final copy was then produced for approval, and an appointment was made to sign the documents. Overall, it was a rather painless and stress free experience. Something I'd definitely recommend Jones & Duffin to do for you.
