Needed an affidavit for a lost passport and these guys sorted me out. They advised me on all my options, and when I made up my mind they gave me an appointment for the next day. Everything went smoothly and I now have my new passport. Thanks.

Free Wills month I'd heard about free wills month from a friend and thought it sounded like a bit of a con. So I thought I'd investigate further. I found Jones and Duffin were offering this service, so I booked an appointment to see them. I saw one of the solicitors (Mehreen) who immediately put me at ease and explained the service. It turned out to be not a con but a genuine service that solicitors offer. The only thing that they ask for is for you to consider leaving something in your will to a charity. Mehreen discussed the will with me, taking notes of my requirements and making some suggestions that covered things that I genuinely hadn't thought of. The will was drafted up and emailed over for review and comments. A final copy was then produced for approval, and an appointment was made to sign the documents. Overall, it was a rather painless and stress free experience. Something I'd definitely recommend Jones & Duffin to do for you.

I couldn’t be happier with having Zahra Tayob being my solicitor. She helped me get a Non Molestation Order which included my baby which was exactly what I wanted. I was also extremely anxious and she talked me through everything and stayed by my side which made me feel better. Wouldn’t have wanted anyone else. She’s the best :)

Solicitor was incredibly efficient, kind and supportive throughout a horrible divorce and family court. Very quick to respond to queries, happy to take calls where needed and an amazing advocate in court. The wealth of knowledge and experience was apparent, I got a great outcome despite huge obstacles and that is very much down to her. I would and do recommend Jones & Duffin to anyone.
