The receptionist kept talking over me when she answered the phone. When I finally explained I wanted to sell my house, she asked did I want to sell my house (?). She asked how much is it worth’? I said I don’t know yet, initially I was looking for a good solicitor (I’m abroad so my case may be different to a local seller I guess?). She was confused at this. I gave up with her and went with someone else. Edit: Just after posting this review and seeing their reply, their version of events is rather inaccurate. I’ve rung them and asked someone to call me back. Edit 2: Following our conversation, I admire your professionalism and you protecting your receptionist. However I maintain that whoever wrote the response to my review was either misinformed or disingenuous.
