I should like to share my heartfelt thanks for the professional services of Just Family Law. In addition to efficiency and expertise I appreciate the particular qualities of Joanne Houston and her team in tuning in to how I wanted to approach family law. We could pay attention to how all the parties would experience the process and move forward. This was invaluable and most important to me. The communication was very good and I knew what was happening at all times.

Jo's team is small, personable, and highly effective. If you want to be a big fish in a smaller pond, Just Family are ideal. Jo is responsive and willing to return calls at unsocial hours which was important to me. Joanne will provide estimates in advance of undertaking work so there were no nasty billing shocks.

Do not go to Joanne Houston at Just Family Law. I needed help during a divorce and found her extremely slow, never forwarded me copies of letters she sent to my husbands' solicitors concerning settlement offers. Stopped using her, 4 months later received a letter from Sarah Lowe Credit Management, who works for Just Family Law, informing me there was an outstanding balance i needed to pay! - no explanation whatsoever as to what this money was for! I obviously asked what the requested money was for as i had no invoices outstanding - ONE YEAR LATER I received details of what the charges were for! I was never invoiced for this money at the time and am now told to settle within a week or interest will be charged! Do not go any where near them. Just Family Law do not deserve any stars but unfortunately i could not place this post without giving 1 star.

Superb service, dealing with Joanne and the team is a pleasure, efficient, reliable and friendly. Knowledge in their respective fields is excellent
