I think this firm already has too many clients than they can handle. I have tried and tried unsuccessfully for weeks to get an appointment. Each time I call (I called7x in one week) I am told someone will get back to me. They never ever do. I end up chasing them but nobody ever calls me back to book an appointment. They don’t need anymore business as they are probably too short staffed to return calls. Pls take your business elsewhere. One thing they seem to forget is that immigration law isn’t rocket science and knowledge of it is not exclusive to them. There are lots of seasoned immigration law firms around and the competition is stiff. I am in talks with another firm now who actually treat me like a valued customer and when I ring them, they ring me right back as promised. Don’t go to this firm. They are time wasters...
