I would not recommend for employment settlements at all! I was told by reception that I could have 1 or more hours as needed and ask any questions I had ,so I engaged this firm. In reality I received a 5 minute call from the solicitor and was read out the numbers from the settlement and asked to reply with Yes or No whether I understood how much I will be getting. When I asked for advice about some wording and specific clauses from the agreement, I was told this was a separate legal matter and charged separately. So I wasted £500+Vat to get the numbers read out to me. I was made to feel like a money bag on a conveyor belt, not like a human being who’d just lost their job and needing professional help and advice.

If you are looking for a solicitor for a family or divorce matter, consider this my most severe warning: do not use this firm. My legal battle was a nightmare, and much of that was due to the staggering incompetence and greed of Justin Law Solicitors. This firm is "coin-operated." My solicitor, Harjas, was impossible to reach. Leigh acted as a constant barrier, demanding more money at every turn. At one point, I was told I had to pay £300 just to have a conversation. The lack of empathy and the focus on billing over my well-being was profoundly distressing and added significantly to my financial stress and anxiety. The most catastrophic failures came in their handling of my financial settlement. The Form E they drafted was filled with unforgivable, life-altering mistakes. They somehow managed to botch a currency conversion and completely missed a £200,000 mortgage, which had a devastating impact on my financial standing in the case. Their negligence went unnoticed until I, a layperson, was forced to find and correct their errors. After paying close to £10,000 for a year and a half of this legal malpractice, I had no choice but to terminate their services in October 2022. I had absolutely nothing to show for it but a Decree Nisi from a year prior. This firm is a disservice to the legal profession. Their incompetence is not just costly; it is dangerous. Save your money, your sanity, and your case, and look elsewhere.
