Grace Clark was amazing !!!! She Helped through me through a difficult divorce .. I felt I could leave everything in her capable hands And of course Karen Broughton the legal Secretary was just as amazing!!!!! A friendly voice and guidance throughout!!!! Absolutely awful experience with JMW Solicitors. What should have been a straightforward 6-week property purchase has now dragged on for over 6 months – and we’re still not done. Dealing with Shaun Singh has been incredibly frustrating. JMW clearly takes on far more work than they can handle, leaving clients dangling with little to no communication or progress. It feels like they just park your case and only respond when chased – and even then, nothing actually moves forward. The incompetence is staggering. They ask for documents at the last minute that we either already sent months ago or that should have been requested from the start. There’s zero efficiency or organisation. I would never, ever use this firm again, and I strongly advise anyone reading this to stay away. They’ll happily take your money and then leave you in limbo.

Be very careful using this branch. We enquired to get ONE legal letter sorted. Specifically instructed to not be on a retainer and when the task was to complete to STOP all works and not continue. This was ignored. Somehow we have been billed triple the original costs mentioned due to continuing to work on our behalf without our knowledge in most cases (talking to the other legal team) which we didn’t have a clue or inclination was happening until we were charged. We argued the facts but paid triple the amount quoted for their services in the end. I seriously would advise people to be extremely cautious using these. I don’t know how clear we needed to be to simply do one single task, but please do be SPECIFIC with this firm if utilising their services guys. They knew we were financially in an awkward situation, and yet still continued their business without us asking them to do so, this morally unacceptable in our opinion too. FYI this issue was under my partners name - Amer Tank Please be better in future guys

Very professional from start to finish. This was a complicated family matter, that Melissa Portlock took on. Melissa informed me of every step and took time to listen to me also. If you are looking for a solicitor to represent you in family matters then I very highly recommend Melissa.

Very troubling experience, and I’d recommend exercising a heightened amount of caution. I used JWP for an incredibly simple StatDec while I was in town, had an issue with it, and I was met with general unwillingness to be helpful and co-operate with relevant authorities. After contacting my notary they finally agreed to complete the simple task that was initially asked of them, however it was a marathon and they are exhausting to deal with. Be careful.
