I’ve not even completed on the house (or have a completion date) but I already wish I’d picked a different solicitor. I’ve spoken to Kay and she was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. They are incapable of chasing up enquiries and won’t update me without me asking them to. After requesting multiple times what is left to receive from enquiries, Kay basically refused to chase; even though it hadn’t been chased in 10 days. They’re incapable of being proactive; don’t waste your money.

5th time I rang to get some help from the utterly disinterested on-duty solicitor following a false arrest. No contact at all from him and it's been over 4 months now and counting since the incident. Incompetent

I have recently used this company for conveyancing the sale of a property. Peter, Zena and the rest of the team were both professional and approachable. Kept me informed throughout the process via post and email and clearly explained the otherwise complex legal frameworks involved in the process. They were very flexible with booking appointments to try and fit around my hours at work. All in all, the purchase went smoothly and we completed on the agreed time with no issues. I would recommend this team to anyone who may be in need of such services.

I decided to use a local solicitors rather than the remote, anonymous conveyancers you often get when selling a home. After a bit of research, K Boswell seemed to be a perfect choice - local, approachable, competitive and experienced. What a good choice to make: from start to finish, communication was great. Peter and the team kept me informed of what the steps were and where we were in the process. And when the buyer wanted to exchange contracts quickly everything was done to make it happen. Couldn't be happier!
