I took their services couple of month ago to do a simple shop lease where all HOT were already decided. Catherine and Noreen handled my case. while Catherine was available to receive calls and responses to emails. Noreen who was actually dealing with the case was never available on calls and only response to emails once in 10 times. Due to her lack of timely knowledge of my case, landlord has withdrawn the lease because she could not read and convey the messages in time to us. Once the complain has been raised surprisingly they threaten us to quote us to look into complain - well we are raising our case to Solicitors Regulation Authority. I truly believe that lack in professionalism so strongly suggest you not to take their services.
