Despite constant delays in the lease preparation at every stage, Noreen remained patient, professional, and incredibly dedicated. As we approached the final few days before the Post Office transfer, the pressure was intense—but Noreen went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready. I took their services couple of month ago to do a simple shop lease where all HOT were already decided. Catherine and Noreen handled my case. while Catherine was available to receive calls and responses to emails. Noreen who was actually dealing with the case was never available on calls and only response to emails once in 10 times. Due to her lack of timely knowledge of my case, landlord has withdrawn the lease because she could not read and convey the messages in time to us. Once the complain has been raised surprisingly they threaten us to quote us to look into complain - well we are raising our case to Solicitors Regulation Authority. I truly believe that lack in professionalism so strongly suggest you not to take their services.

Kaiser solister is very bad I bought a busissness and I gave them a lease it took 21 days and she didn’t do anything and her name is Noorin solicitor and she is very rude and every time I went she wasn’t there I gave her my telephone number so she can call me after 21 she called me and she talked to me in a rude way and I wanted to solve this situation but she made it worse after she wasted my time and I decided to take the lease somewhere else The solicitor is Noorin
