Extremely Disappointing Service – Would Not Recommend I am very disappointed with the level of service I received from Kaizen Law Solicitors. I expected a professional approach, but instead experienced poor communication, with long gaps between responses, and when I did get a reply, it lacked the clarity and professionalism I would expect from a law firm. My case( being involved in a car accident non faulty one) handling legal advice, client understands were poor, and I felt like my case was not a priority for them. They left me in the middle of case taking themselves out the Court record that caused me significant inconvenience and stress. Despite raising my concerns, there was little to no effort to address them. Overall, my experience with Kaizen Law Solicitors has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable, attentive, and professional legal assistance.

I will not recommend this firm as I had terrible experience with them when I gave my husband’s injury claim. They allocated it to trainee solicitor without my permission or consent means it has not dealt with as it should have been. Very poor communication caused lot of stress so not really worth giving 25% of your claim to buy extra stress. I am writing this so it might help someone in deciding before they sign their papers. Had had a car accedent last year. Kaizen law was instructed and settled my case on a win win. Service was amazing and settled within good time. Kept me up to date with everything.. Highley reccomended and would come back here if any advise is required
