A really unprofessional, unhelpful and unpleasant experience. Kash was quick to take my money but after that the lack of communication and service was terrible. Everytime I tried to call k Tutter his secretary said that he would call me back but he never did. I was a first time buyer so was nervous about the process and had some questions, eventually when he did get to me he replied ‘if you want to buy the property buy it if not then don’t, I am only here to sign the paperwork'. I ended up not buying the property and Instead chose another property and went to Matrix solicitors who were brilliant. Please do not use Kash Tutter and co. His name may be well known in Derby but the service is shockingly awful

Purchasing a property - absolute waste of time. Once money was taken did not hear from Kash Tutter - multiple phone calls no replies. Finally when he rang back he was rude and arrogant. When I asked about terminating he got rude and aggressive. Went over to Matrix Solicitors and completed house purchase in a month and half. Horrible experience, as if going to a lawyer isn't already stressful then you have to deal with 'Kash Tutter'. Would not recommend to anyone.
