We came to KATANI because of your situation. We were assigned a young lawyer with no knowledge, no competence, no listening skills, never on time for appointments, and appointments were always spaced out. He had no motivation. We wasted a huge amount of time. We went to the Home Office to file a complaint, but to our surprise, we weren't the only ones. We were advised to go to the manager because of KATANI. We lost the case, and the police were informed because KATANI made us waste more than six months. We were waiting for our appointment to submit the report, and the biggest problem was that he never let us express ourselves, even knowing our problem. He kept saying, "WHY DON'T YOU GO BACK TO YOUR COUNTRY?" 🙄 My God! Luckily, people who had experienced the same problem told us what to do and to report the firm and the lawyer. Thank you, KATANI, for wasting our time and making us emotionally ill.
