Cannot recommend less - no communication throughout the entire sale of my flat, got basic details wrong even after being told in writing several times and on the day of the sale, didn't bother to let us know they didn't have the funds from the mortgage provider. This was after being told our purchase would go through in 15 minutes. They made an error in the paperwork when requesting funds from the mortgage provider which would have resulted in the entire sale falling through if we hadn't been in a fortunate enough position to bail them out. I submitted a complaint to them which after 4 weeks no one bothered to even respond to. A disaster start to finish.
