I would highly recommend using Kaur Sutherland Solicitors! I purchased a property with crypto and all other solicitors turned me down, however Kaur Sutherland were willing to give it a go and it worked out great. The communication throughout was fantastic and I was kept up to date with the purchasing process. The team are really helpful, supportive and friendly!

It has been an amazing and satisfying experience with Kaur and Sutherland Solicitors. They were meticulous, comprehensive and methodical in their approach for providing conveyancing services. For matters related to undocumented historical roof space alterations and staircases with potential of being non complaint, they were extremely supportive and reached out to professional surveyor/engineer to seek expert opinion rather than applying 20-year rule. They guided us through the whole process and did not charge anything when the sale fell through. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking valuable and thorough conveyancing services.
