I had a very good experience with this company. Everything ran smoothly and the outcome was amazing. A lot more than I ever expected. The girls in the office r very polite and nice to talk to. Phone calls were also very professional and I felt constantly listened to and never rushed. They worked very hard on achieving the maximum result of my Injury claim, apart from making a small mistake at the end but then compensated me generously to make up for it, although they could be clearer on defining how they calculate their professional fees.
