Myself and my girlfriend had recently used Kennan Kay & Co solicitors for our recent house purchase. 10/10 from the start all the way up to our completion last week. A massive shoutout to Christine our conveyancing solicitor and all the team for being helpful, keeping us posted constantly and most importantly getting the whole process done in a speedy and professional manner. I had dealt with a previous local solicitor on my property portfolio buying and selling for over 20 years and was very apprehensive when "orphaned" by his recent retirement. I need not have worried as since instructing Kennan Kay on my first sale under their watch (successfully completed today), Emily and the team have been excellent and we could not ask for more. We will be instructing our next sale with them shortly. (The sale just completed was a leasehold flat with several challenges and Emily dealt with all issues arising extremely well).
