I recently used Kennan Kay & Co for the sale of a buy to let property. They were brilliant to deal with from start to finish, particularly Christine, who saw the sale through to completion. The communication from Christine was first class. I rarely needed to contact her throughout the process as she kept me informed as each stage progressed and if I did need to contact her via email or phone, she always replied very quickly. I would highly recommend them for your conveyancing needs.

Used Kennan Kay for conveyance and everything was great. I was assigned to Maria Smith-Baker and she always responded quick, handled everything carefully and completed the purchase as soon as possible. The person at the reception was great too when I had to call for an update, they were able to check the progress there and then instead of just telling me to deal with my solicitor. 100% would recommend this firm to anyone.
