After contacting other companies who couldn’t even be bothered returning my calls, this gem of a firm was recommended by a solicitor friend. We were selling to a friend of the family, and all wanted both sides of the process to be done by one firm. Marie filled me with confidence from the first phone call, assuring me this was not a problem. She said that she would act for us, and one of her colleagues would do the same for the purchasers. She explained that this work would be done within what is termed as a ‘Chinese Wall’, which ensures the integrity of the process. Marie was super-efficient in keeping us updated on progress, and she dealt with the whole thing very professionally and with no fuss. We subsequently completed on the day she said we would. In this post Covid world there’s no necessity to use a local solicitor, as you don’t need to physically go into any offices. The practical effect of this is that you can use any firm, regardless of its physical location. I would not hesitate in using Keenan Kay again, and if I could give them 6 stars on here I would do ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

I don't normally leave a review on things. However, Marie and the team deserve this 5 star rating for all their professionism, above and beyond during the process of Kennan Kay & Co dealing with the sale of my property. I was kept informed of everything that was happening and Marie chased up things on my behalf fantastic, if I did have any questions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of using them. A great big THANK YOU from a very happy client.

Recently used Kennan Kay for Conveyancing. Their fees are very competitive. Maria was tge case manager and is just incredible! She is extemely responsive, a positive, and super friendly lady, who is very knowledgeable and, caring, and yet remains professional.
