I cannot recommend Kenneth, Elliot and Rowe highly enough, especially Mouzzam Yamin. Changing the title of ownership on my property was a complex process that took nearly three months due to unforeseen complications. Throughout, Mouzzam was exceptionally patient, responsive, and thorough.He kept me informed at every stage, explained each step clearly, and went above and beyond to resolve issues promptly. I recently engaged Naeema Jinwala (initially Mouzzam Yamin who later passed the case onto Naeema) to assist with a conveyance. I was very satisfied overall with both. Mouzzam was patient with me in the beginning when I had to change mortgage broker and was great at answering all my questions. He was recommended to me by a friend. Then Naeema managed to get everything completed for the requested dates and it was a very smooth process. I am grateful to both for their efforts. My only suggestion is a bit more transparency and explanation, e.g. when changing solicitor it would have been nice to have been asked for permission, and also to provide further explanation when sending further costs - as a first time buyer I wasn't expecting to go beyond the initial quote and it would have been less surprising each time had the request for additional funds to be explained because it all made perfect sense but I needed to ask to get the information. Overall, excellent experience and I would recommend to a friend!
