I had really good experience with Sejal Karavadra from Kenneth Jones Solicitors few years ago, that is the reason I came back to her again recently. She is exceptionally professional, friendly, proactive and systematic. She always has the answer to my questions and gave useful and informative advices. She took time to go through the details with me and took the anxiety out of the process. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who looks for high quality and reliable advice and guidances.

**Highly Disappointed with Kenneth Jones Solicitors Tettenhall ** ⭐☆☆☆☆ I initially approached Kenneth Jones Solicitors with optimism, believing it to be a friendly and professional firm. However, my experience has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed. After hiring them for a simple title deed change, the lack of communication became a significant issue. Despite sending multiple emails, I received no replies. After my third email, I made the effort to visit their office, only to be told that it typically takes them five days to respond to inquiries—unbelievable in today's fast-paced world. My only correspondence prior to this was a request for payment, which I promptly fulfilled. Following my payment, I was informed that the new TR1 document had been sent out. However, it never arrived, forcing me to visit their office yet again, as my emails continued to go unanswered. Charging £800 for such a straightforward task feels utterly outrageous to me. To add insult to injury, there hasn’t been a single apology for the delays or the poor communication. As someone seeking reliable legal representation for simple matters, I will not be returning to Kenneth Jones Solicitors, and I have actively discouraged colleagues from using their services. This firm’s inability to communicate effectively is not something I can overlook, and I hope others can consider this before engaging with them. UPDATE: Despite the long response to Google, I thought at least I might have had a letter of some sort with an apology but obviously this is not going to be the case. Had it been my customer having been in business for more than 50 years I would at least made contact. However, it just got worse. The information they send back to Santander is missing a further item to verify the transfer and the original form is blank in some sections!!! This has to be incompetence and I will be writing to them once transactions have been concluded. They haven’t yet informed me about this and I only found out by chasing Santander.
