So far, so good. I am hoping that their solicitor and his team can assist with my long and very stressful case. Light at the end of the tunnel. Awaiting response from them. I am still receiving much needed support. It is totally invaluable.

After reflecting for a few days concluded I was disappointed. My appointment in Whitstable was delayed and then I had to sit on a sofa surrounded by students and briefly interviewed by a solicitor who I assume was also a tutor. I felt the solicitor (Francis) after reflecting upon my experience, was slightly rude and dismissive as well as hurried. Discussion was reasonably good-humoured, the students were exceptionally polite, but I felt my concerns we're not given sufficient attention. Some of my questions were answered but I recall being told 'you know as much as I do' and I replied , 'I hoped you might know more than me hence coming to see you' It's all very well having a free service and allowing students to practice upon the public but if service is not punctual or professional it is of limited value.

Didn't rate it. Ring for help. Seemed to me that they're looking for reasons to get rid of you rather than listening to understand then help. Maybe direct you to who can help. I mean people are obviously needing help with something to call initially anyway.

The refused to help me by claiming that I am a staff member. However, I explained to them that I am a full-time student. So they stop replying to me. Useless and waste of time when your want to raise a case against the university or a school
