Charlotte Parker and her team went above and beyond with the purchase of our new home. There was an unexpected issue with the title but they expedited it quickly to get us in the new home as soon as possible. They even adapted to my husband's illness and were very understanding with our appointments. I highly recommend Charlotte and her team for their outstanding personal service and kindness.

Disappointed is an understatement. The sale of my grandmothers property was due to go ahead on the 5th of December. However, without informing myself or the buyers solicitors, they closed early that day for their Christmas party. No efforts of communication at all, throughout the whole process. Others seem to have had a better experience, but I will not be using them again. The situation was difficult enough, having to sell my grandmas home but the situation was made even more difficult due to their lack of communication.

We used Charlotte Parker for a leasehold sale. She was by far the most proactive, pragmatic and efficient conveyancer we have ever used. Would whole heartedly recommend as usually we come away from a property transaction feeling complacent at how long these things take, or how slow the process or responses were. Refreshingly different experience with Charlotte Parker. Would absolutely use again.
