I would like to start off by saying thank god I don’t have to use Kerseys solicitors anymore as I am finally! In my home. Edward Thompson my direct point of contact was abysmal. I might as well have kept the money I paid Kerseys as I felt like I did the job myself, from chasing emails, calling, making sure he had done what was needed of him to Do, asking what was the next steps, why was I waiting for such and such?! There was no urgency at all from him and felt like I didn’t receive the service I fully deserved!! Even after the completion I receive a cash back from my mortgage lender! Again there was no urgency saying we have you’re cash back from you’re lender in our business account. I had to chase them to make sure it was in there and then also provided my bank details via email to deposit into then asked for a call to confirm this all has been sent over. Not then me having to chase the next day to get this sorted as never head back. By far the worst solicitors to sort things out’ or it’s I got the worst pick of the bunch that being Edward Thompson. Once again I am glad I do not Have to use them anymore and that I am in my home. But I advise to look elsewhere.
