Over the last 3 years I have had assistance from both Matt and Edward. Matt assisted me with my divorce. He was kind and patient. He made sure that I was informed of at every stage and was truly my advocate. Edward assisted me with my first solo property purchase. Edward was very prompt with communicating progress on the house purchase. He was honest and open with me when there were complications to work through. Kerseys provided advice on an employment settlement agreement. The service was first rate from the initial phone call to setup the advice meeting to the completion of all the required documentation. The process was quick and easy…and I felt that I was given very comprehensive advice which completely fitted my situation. The fees were extremely reasonable and good value. Based on my experience I would thoroughly recommend and will use in the future.

Very pleasant company to deal with, professional and friendly. Managed to help our buyer to get their purchase over the line before the Stamp Duty threshold adjustment - commencing 1 April 2025… which was great for them. All in all, a solid solicitor who completed the conveyancing process effectively, and at a reasonable fee.
