We used Key Conveyancing for both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new one, starting the process in April and completing in August. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a solicitor. We dealt with Mukate and Fahad, and both were proactive, helpful and guided us through every step. What really impressed me was the communication - Mukate often replied to emails in incredible detail within minutes, sometimes in under ten, which completely surprised me. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free, and for the first time with solicitors I felt like everything was being handled quickly and properly. I honestly can’t think of a single negative. I’ll definitely use Key Conveyancing again in the future and would recommend them without hesitation to family and friends.
