I instructed Nigel Miller to take care of everything regarding my late parents Estate and to act on my behalf as POA in my absence and I can not thank him, and his team for the professional way they dealt with everything. My parents Estate was efficiently taken care off from dealing with HMRC inheritance tax, Probate, dealing with selling the house and administration of the Will. Everything was carried out efficiently and I was kept informed throughout. Nigel treated me with the greatest empthay and sensitivity in dealing with my parents Estate. We could not be happier with the work Phillip and his team did for us. We were left with a looming deadline to complete on our mortgage, after being strung along by our previous solicitors.
