Tried to request a quote for their services today for a conveyancing matter. I tried to explain to the receptionist taking the details that I'd not done this before so to bear with me as I know nothing about what I need to do and the support I require from them, but she cut me off mid sentence saying she had questions she would ask me. I was a little taken aback but continued with the call actually beginning to think this isn't the company for me due to her manner. Not long after she asked me a question which I wasn't sure about so I tried to explain this is why I tried to advise her at the beginning of the call to be patient with me as this is all new to me. To cut a long story short, I actually advised her that I no longer wanted the quote from this organisation. I will take my business elsewhere. Whitley Bay branch, 14.08.25.
