Would definitely not recommend this firm. Used them for commercial conveyancing earlier in the year. A straightforward transaction took a lot longer than it needed to and was only done in the timescale it was because I was constantly chasing up. Zero communication from them. More alarmingly we have since discovered that £3.5k we paid that was to be sent to a third party was not sent and we have had to pay that again and I have been trying to get out money back from Kingswell watts for 6 weeks now. All my recent emails and complaint to senior partner have been ignored. I have now raised the issue with the SRA.

Very professional from the start of the process to the end. Shout out to Isa and Saeed for making sure everything was quick and easy for us. Communication was fantastic from them both throughout the journey. Thanks again for your help.

Rang yesterday regarding a quote for a conveyancing job. Was told everyone on lunch and i would receive a call back within the next hour. No call came through. Went elsewhere for my business. Easy money lost for the firm.
