Unprofessional and dishonest. A very simple legal document ending up costing over £3000, it was months late and contained insulting, careless errors, spelling my late mother’s name wrong and the getting the date she passed away wrong (the only 2 things they needed to change on their word document template.) The invoice itself listed meetings which never happened. After months of delays they then refused to complete the work unless paid in full. Still don’t know how a few hours work turned into a bill for £3000, they refused to explain in detail unless we paid extra. Horrible people. AVOID.
