Dealt with power of attorney and wills etc. for my mother in law and ourselves a few years ago during Covid. Very efficient and friendly service which my mother in law appreciated. Called up today to ask about a separate issue and having listened to the background was clear that this was not an area that they specialised in but recommended 2 alternative solicitors locally who could help. We met David Kitcat to update our will - he explained everything very clearly without using unnecessary legal language and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. We also met with David to complete power of attorney for my Dad who is 91. David kindly came to our family home and was helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend him.

I was very impressed, David Kitcat is a sole practitioner and is very personable and professional. Our family instructed David to deal with a number of issues in relation to our mother who is elderly and wanted to get her affairs in order, such as her Will and LPAs. David was very patient, explaining everything clearly and comprehensively. He dealt with our instructions most efficiently, completing and drafting all the necessary documentation and lodging the relevant paperwork with the court. We used Kitcat & Co Solicitors in June 2017 for our Wills. We were very pleased with the high standard of service we received both from David Kitcat and his Assistant. The Wills were prepared in a short time after receiving thorough advice from David Kitcat and now feel we have peace of mind with regard to our Wills. The fee charged was extremely reasonable which indeed encouraged us to get the Wills sorted sooner rather than later rather than putting off as we had done so in the past.
