Serious Misconduct, Corruption, and Organised Crime Involvement – KK Solicitors I am deeply disappointed with KK Solicitors and their handling of my case, which has been plagued by serious misconduct, corruption, and obstruction of justice. My solicitor during my police station interview was Mr. Allen Scott, yet the management of my case was under Mr. Kashif Khan. This raises serious concerns about misrepresentation and accountability, as key legal responsibilities were not properly assigned or upheld. My case has been deliberately delayed for 1 year and 4 months, causing unnecessary distress and blocking my access to justice. Additionally, my interview tape was deliberately removed or withheld, a direct attempt to suppress evidence and obstruct justice. Furthermore, I was physically assaulted by the police, yet instead of defending my legal rights, KK Solicitors failed to act in my best interest and contributed to covering up police misconduct. Even more concerning, Mr. Allen Scott failed to sign my legal documents on April 25, 2021, despite being present at my interview. This firm has demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism, transparency, and ethical responsibility. Given that Mr. Kashif Khan was responsible for the overall management of my case, the failures, misconduct, and lack of accountability fall under his leadership. Additionally, I have discovered fraud between parties and have reported this to The Her Majesty’s Court Tribunal and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority. This further confirms that my case was mismanaged in a way that suggests deliberate corruption, rather than mere negligence. More disturbingly, my solicitors have actively participated in serious organised crime against me, rather than providing the legal protection and representation they are bound to by law. Their involvement in covering up fraud, police misconduct, and evidence suppression clearly indicates deliberate collusion with criminal activities rather than professional legal conduct. I strongly urge others to be extremely cautious when dealing with KK Solicitors, as their lack of integrity, participation in organised crime, and failure to uphold professional legal standards have severely impacted my case and my rights. I will continue to escalate this matter to legal and regulatory bodies to ensure accountability for their actions. Mr Allen Scott, a retired ex-Scotland Yard police officer, has been able to repeatedly represent himself as a solicitor at the police station. Given his background in law enforcement, he has the ability to influence and manipulate the justice process with ease, raising serious concerns about impartiality and ethical standards. This situation creates a clear conflict of interest, where someone with deep ties to the police force is now acting as legal counsel, potentially turning justice in a direction that serves certain interests rather than ensuring fairness and due process. Such practices must be closely scrutinized, as they undermine the fundamental principles of justice and legal integrity. ✔ Theft Act 1968 (UK) – If your personal data or case files were deliberately removed or taken without your consent, this could constitute theft under Section 1, which defines theft as "dishonestly appropriating property belonging to another with the intention of permanently depriving them of it." 2️⃣ Fraud Act 2006 – Stronger Legal Ground in Your Case Under the Fraud Act 2006, fraud includes: ✔ Section 3 – Fraud by Failing to Disclose Information (If they deliberately withheld case files to cause loss). ✔ Section 4 – Fraud by Abuse of Position (If they misused their authority to suppress evidence). 3️⃣ Data Protection Act 2018 – Violated If Personal Data Was Withheld ✔ Section 173 – Unlawfully obtaining or withholding personal data is a criminal offense. ✔ This applies if authorities refused to provide your data under a Subject Access Request (SAR) or manipulated records. Obstruction of Justice AND ETC... Best Regards Babak
