Wendy is a top notch solicitor. I have instructed a couple of lawyers on other conveyances but their quality of service is poor in comparison to Wendy. Wendy completes her tasks quickly and efficiently. She chases the other side and she provides updates. This, sadly, is not always the norm. I highly recommend instructing Wendy, she is worth every penny.

Wendy at Kormornicks was absolutely fantastic from start to finish with both my sale and my purchase. My sale was a lot more complex (and longer!) than my purchase but she did her upmost to get it through. She was extremely professional, thorough and pro-active and always kept me updated.
